I’ve started this Blog for my precious grandmother, my Mammy, Stella “Ann” McDowell, who was born in a small cabin the hills of Bowling Green Kentucky on March 24, 1940. She went to Heaven on January 3, 2024 when she was 83 years old. She expressed herself in so many ways and she never knew how much she affected each person she knew.

I will also be including my own stories about faith and recovery. My grandmother was a vital piece in my journey and I know she’d love to be a part of it still.
